MOBOVEN operates smart retail convenience stations and an associated digital media network in India. This website provides information about our services and allows property partners, brands and advertisers to get in touch with us.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement. Any partnership to host a station, advertise on our screens or list a product is subject to a separate written agreement, mutually agreed between you and MOBOVEN, which will take precedence over these Terms for that relationship.

We work to keep website content accurate and current. However, descriptions of services, features, timelines and availability are indicative, may change without notice and are confirmed only in a written agreement. Images may be illustrative.

The MOBOVEN name, logo, the tagline “Essentials on the move”, and all website content, design and graphics are owned by or licensed to MOBOVEN and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
